Why Heat Logs?

  • Easy to light
  • Nice clean hot burn
  • Burn for longer and hotter than normal dried logs
  • Very low ash content and oudourless
  • Easy to store (as long as kept dry, ideally indoors (they cant be stored outside in a traditional log store) watertight shed, garage, porch, watertight container etc away from moisture
  • More environmentally friendly as made from a waste product that could end up in landfill
  • Each equivalent pound spent on kiln dried logs, heat/eco logs give off 40-50% more heat
  • Super low moisture content, very flue and stove friendly
  • Great for outdoor fires too due to low smoke when burning

Eco/Heat Logs

Heat logs light easily and burn very well they are also easy to handle. They burn hotter and are often cheaper than logs. They are even easy to store so long as they are kept dry. Not forgetting the environmental plus that they are made from waste wood products not going to landfill

Heat Logs are an alternative to traditional logs used for fires. Usually made from compressed raw materials, heat logs are sometimes referred to as briquettes, they're compact and consistent and can be used in indoor and outdoor fires such as wood burners, open fires, fire pits and even pizza ovens!

Heat logs are eco friendly as they are produced using leftover organic biomass, wood shavings and other waste materials. This means that eco logs burn cleaner, producing less air pollutants, which is good news for the air in your house and the environment outside.
